Warranty

All products have a 2 year commercial warranty for manufacturing faults & defects.

All Furnlink products are covered by a 2 year structrual warranty. If you receive/have a faulty product please fill out the warranty claim form within the warranty period. The warranty period finishes 24 months to the day after the dispatch date. Furnlink will assess the warranty claim with the supplier/manufacture of the product. If the claim is proved to be a manufacture fault or defect we will immediately send a replacement or have the product fixed.

Furnlink's warranty is a structural warranty covering only manufacture faults & defects, it will not cover general wear & tear or damage caused by the user. Please refer to product warranties in our Terms & Conditions of Sale for further information.

Furnlink will only replace the defected product/s with the same product/s previously supplied. Unless the product/s is deemed by Furnlink unsuitable for the application.

Note: Replaceable parts and optional accessories e.g. cushions, feet, screws etc. are not covered by warranty.
